feat(#24-p6): symbol intelligence section — type health + api/stable/dead cards (Zone 6)

- sd-type-card: return annotation (purple pill, orange if Any), param coverage ratio, missing count, Any-typed param count, colour-graded score badge - sd-api-card: public API surface confirmation, kind, visibility, sig short-hash - sd-stable-card: days stable, since-start flag, last changed commit link - sd-dead-card: dead code verdict with confidence % and reason (dismissed-guarded) - whole section hidden when all four contexts are null
