fix: activity canvas derives domains from actual repo data; remove commit activity block
- build_activity_canvas now discovers domains from the user's repo domain_ids instead of hardcoding code/music/midi/prose/mpay/mist - new _build_domain_commit_grid replaces _build_code_grid + _build_mist_vcs_grid; counts commits per domain_id - prose row only appears when the user has actual issue/proposal comments (non-zero) - identity and social repos excluded from canvas as internal system domains - domains with zero activity are suppressed — no phantom rows - template: removed Commit Activity heatmap block (human/agent conflation) - template: domain count in canvas header is now dynamic (matches actual rows shown) - template: removed the or dom.domain == 'code' force-show override - updated phase 5 tests to match new suppress-zeros semantics
