feat(profile): agent strip AVAX, root→agent chain order, cube icon for code repos

- Add AVAX address display to agent hero strip (same pattern as human) - Reverse trust_chain loop so chain reads gabriel → claude-code (root first) - Replace bracket SVG with cube SVG for generic code domain repo chips, color #388bfd
