feat(mist): phase 6 — /muse/mists HTML docs page
- Add 'mists' entry (phase 12) to _PHASES list in ui_docs.py so the /muse index card grid links to /muse/mists - Add GET /muse/mists route handler (docs_mists) in ui_docs.py - Create musehub/templates/musehub/pages/docs_muse_mists.html covering all sections from docs/reference/mist-domain.md: concepts, URL schema, artifact types, CLI reference, REST API, MCP tools, agent publishing workflow, forking, embedding, content addressing, security model, limits - TDD suite: 11 tests covering 200 status, content keywords, sidebar nav, /muse index link, _PHASES membership, route handler existence
All 83 mist-domain tests pass (phases 1–6).
