fix(#139): app-shell for MCP docs page

Converts .docs-layout/.docs-layout__sidebar/.docs-layout__content to the flex-fill pattern. .hero--agent (title/stat-strip/connection info above the grid) gets flex-shrink:0.

Verified via headless Chromium at /mcp/docs: body's rendered height matches the real viewport, both the tool-category sidebar and the 124-tool reference content scroll independently via genuine mouse.wheel() events, mobile breakpoint stacks with footer restored.
