feat(symbols): full tree-sitter kind filter pills and kind chip colors
- Kind filter: all 14 real kinds (function, async_function, class, method, async_method, variable, import, interface, type_alias, enum, struct, trait, namespace, module) - sym2-kind--* CSS for every kind with semantic color grouping - sym2-kind-pill--* active state colors matching kind chips - _infer_sym_kind: file/dir for address-level rows
