feat: add Vision, CRDT Primitives, Security Reference doc pages

Port muse/docs/ white paper, CRDT reference, and security reference into the official developer docs at /muse/vision, /muse/crdt, /muse/security (phases 13–15).

- docs_muse_vision.html: pull quote hero, Git vs Muse diff comparison, Alice+Bob auto-merge visualization, 21-dimension MIDI stat block, domain showcase grid - docs_muse_crdt.html: three lattice laws cards, six primitive cards with full API signatures, CRDTPlugin interface, when-not-to-use tradeoff table - docs_muse_security.html: threat model table with severity badges, trust boundary diagram (untrusted/validation/trusted zones), 14 guard cards with attack descriptions and application sites, size caps reference - _refpages.scss: full SCSS component system for all three pages (vision-*, crdt-*, sec-* namespaces); zero inline styles; all colors via design tokens - ui_docs.py: three new phases (13 Vision, 14 CRDT Primitives, 15 Security Reference) with routes and _PHASES entries
