fix: align provenance sigil colors with spectral token system
author → --color-accent (blue, human principal) agent → --agent-accent (fuchsia, intentionally hotter per theme) model → --color-purple (violet, spectral mid-point) signed → --color-teal (cryptographic verification) via → --text-secondary (neutral, drop undefined --text-tertiary)
Removes undefined --accent-green/purple/blue fallback variables.
