feat: v0.2.0rc8 — issue hero dedup, fmtnum on all issue-detail numbers
display_labels now excludes any label already promoted to the issue_type pill so bug/feature/etc labels do not appear twice in the hero (once with icon, once as a plain chip). The type match uses the same normalisation as the _type_map lookup (lower + replace spaces with dashes).
fmtnum applied to every bare integer on the issue-detail page: stats strip (anchors, blast, churn 30d, proposals), panel counts (comments, symbol anchors), per-anchor inline stats (blast / churn), intelligence panel blast numerals (direct + transitive), churn numerals (modifications + authors), and the overflow '+N more callers' label.
Bumps version to 0.2.0rc8.
