feat(profiles): wire manifest into SSR route and rebuild profile.html
- ui_user_profile.py: call build_activity_canvas, get_attestations_for_subject, get_mpay_ledger, _build_trust_chain; add activity_canvas, attestation_badges, mpay totals, avax_address, org_manifest, trust_chain to template context - profile.html: add Activity Canvas section (5-domain 52x7 grid), Attestation badges strip, Trust Chain section (agents), Org Manifest section (orgs), AVAX address in meta row (humans), MPay totals in stats bar; org avatar; archetype-specific hero icons - app.css: add styles for canvas rows/cells/domain colours, attestation strip, trust chain links, org manifest, org avatar, AVAX address, MPay stat
