feat: show 'renamed from' boundary divider in symbol detail timeline
When load_symbol_history follows from_address chains across renames, the timeline now shows a purple divider row at each address boundary, labeled 'renamed from <old-path>' so the pre-rename history is visually distinct.
- ui_symbols.py: track entry_address and is_origin_group_start in enrichment - symbol_detail.html: ns-based address tracking; render .sym2-tl-lineage-break - _symbol_detail.scss: .sym2-tl-lineage-break styles (purple rule + label)
