feat: idiomatic provenance — 'via' framing, 'provisioned by' on profiles

- symbol timeline: author links to profile; agents shown as 'via <agent>' not as peer identity pills; branch row only appears for real commit_branch - drop dev fallback: commit_branch empty = no branch shown - profile hero: 'spawned by' → 'provisioned by'
