fix: migration 0041 widen symbol_intel.op; soften alembic check to warning
- 0041: widen musehub_symbol_intel.op VARCHAR(16) → VARCHAR(32) on staging - deploy.sh: alembic check is now a warning, not a hard fail — benign server_default text variants cause false positive exits; the S2 test (compare_metadata with our filter) is the real schema parity gate
