refactor: genesis.py compute_identity_id uses public_key_fingerprint not blob_id
- Add public_key_fingerprint to imports from muse.core.types - compute_identity_id: blob_id(public_key_bytes) → public_key_fingerprint(public_key_bytes) - Update docstring formula to match
