docs(#139): annotate unused DAG/commit-graph CSS instead of deleting

.graph-layout/.graph-viewport/.dag-* have no matching template anywhere -- confirmed unused during #139's page-by-page audit. Unlike .layout-two-col (deleted this ticket, genuinely orphaned), gabriel recalled this was likely scaffolded ahead of the code-domain symbol-graph visualization (custom domain tab, code-demo.html prototype) rather than truly dead. Left in place with a TODO to re-check relevance when that work starts, per his explicit call.
