fix: remove merge artifacts from test_push_confirm_ghost_guard and test_push_object_integrity
The merge commit left duplicate docstring/assignment lines in both test files (both-modified regions that weren't conflict-marked, just interleaved). Clean each to the canonical form; all 19 tests pass.
