feat: add POST /{owner}/{slug}/presign endpoint

Returns time-limited presigned PUT URLs for objects too large to stream through Cloudflare. Client POSTs object_ids in msgpack; server calls storage.presign_batch() and returns presigned map. Owner auth required (write access).
