chore: remove CI feature (pro-tier, to be rebuilt from scratch)

Deletes all CI pipeline UI code: - src/scss/_ci.scss - src/ts/pages/ci-run-detail.ts - musehub/templates/musehub/pages/ci_gates.html - musehub/templates/musehub/pages/ci_run_detail.html - wiring in app.scss and app.ts
