chore: deploy Cloudflare Worker to staging + wire WORKER_INTERNAL_KEY
- wrangler.toml: set bucket_name to musehub-staging (the existing R2 bucket) for all environments; add per-env [[r2_buckets]] overrides. - deploy/secrets.sh: fetch WORKER_INTERNAL_KEY from SSM and write to .env so MuseHub /internal/register-objects can verify Worker callbacks. - SSM: /musehub/staging/WORKER_INTERNAL_KEY stored (SecureString). - Worker deployed: musehub-pack-receiver-staging.gabriel-ed8.workers.dev with MUSEHUB_INTERNAL_KEY secret set.
