feat: migrate domains listing page from dm-* to canonical CSS classes
- Replace all dm-* classes with canonical BEM names (hero--human, search-field, stat-pill, verified-toggle, domain-card, etc.) - Add pages/_domains.scss for structural layout (domains-body, empty-state, page-cta and variants) - Move verified-toggle and verified-chip visual rules to components/_inputs.scss - Remove stale dm-* hero/body/CTA block from _domain.scss; keep only domain-grid and domain-card__* which belong there - Update domains.ts: dm-search-input -> domain-search-input - Fix HTMX target IDs to match new canonical id attributes - Replace GitHub cgcardona URL in CTA with /mcp/docs
