Add .. range syntax to muse diff

Adds a..b sugar to muse diff so muse diff dev..feat/x works identically to muse diff dev feat/x. Single positional arg containing .. is split at the parse layer before any ref resolution.

muse rev-list already supports this syntax (implemented separately). muse log a..b requires stop-at walk semantics and is deferred to a follow-up issue.

Closes #27.
