refactor(push): remove dead stream path, everything is presign

Delete _run_presign_puts, build_push_objects, the stream else-branch, _PRESIGN_OBJECT_THRESHOLD, _PRESIGN_BYTE_THRESHOLD, and all imports that only served the stream path. _push_stream now has a single code path: BFS walk → build_mpack_from_walk → presign PUT → unpack-mpack.
