test(auth): add V–IX tiers for rotate — e2e, data integrity, stress, security, performance
All 7 testing tiers now covered for muse auth rotate: I–III unit (existing) IV hub-sync integration (existing) V e2e — two sequential rotations; wrong passphrase yields different key VI data integrity — identity.toml unchanged on hub failure (byte-for-byte); old fingerprint never reappears after successful rotation VII stress — 10 sequential rotations produce indexes 1–10 with unique fingerprints VIII security — passphrase/mnemonic not in output; no PEM files written to disk IX performance — rotation completes under 500 ms with stubbed hub
