fix: GitHub repo path uses cgcardona (the actually authenticated gh account), not gabriel

gh auth status / gh api user confirm the authenticated GitHub account is cgcardona -- gabriel is the MuseHub handle, a separate identity. The create-repo call failed with 'cgcardona cannot create a repository for gabriel' since no such permission/org relationship exists.
