fix(tests): update test suite for shelf msgpack layout, zstd store, and current API
- gc.py: export _MAX_SHELF_BYTES; use module-level MAX_MSGPACK_BYTES constant - test_cli_show: author always sourced from identity when --author omitted - test_cmd_auth_keygen_hd: strip ed25519: prefix before b64-decoding public key - test_cmd_gc_hardening: write shelf entries as per-entry msgpack (shelf/<algo>/) - test_cmd_init: TLS patterns removed from template; assert force_track documented - test_cmd_revert_hardening: pathlib used for Path annotations, not dead code - test_gc_full: shelf fixtures use per-entry msgpack format - test_gc_path_helpers_and_remote_refs: use shelf_dir, not shelf_json_path - test_object_store_write_taxonomy: shelf fixtures use per-entry msgpack format - test_porcelain_security: use write_shelf_entry from store, not removed _save_shelf
