fix: show all available symbols when muse code cat lookup fails

Remove the _MAX_AVAIL_SHOWN=20 cap from the not-found error message. The truncated list forced a second round-trip to muse code symbols to find the correct symbol name — a pure ergonomics tax on every agent.
