refactor(tests): normalize supercharge test file names to test_<command>_supercharge.py
Three patterns existed: test_cmd_<cmd>_supercharged.py, test_cmd_<cmd>_supercharge.py, and test_<cmd>_supercharge.py. Collapse all 17 outliers to the canonical form used by the plurality. No test logic changed — rename only.
