docs: purge stale key_path/PEM references from docs and test comments
Update all stale docs and test docstrings/comments that still referenced the old PEM-file signing model or deleted generate_hd_keypair function:
- docs/guide/getting-started.md: hd_path in example; keychain-derived key prose - docs/reference/auth.md: key_path → hd_path in TOML examples and type table - docs/reference/type-contracts.md: key_path → hd_path in _KeygenJson + IdentityEntry - docs/agent-provenance.md: identity examples use hd_path; keypair.py entry updated - muse/core/provenance.py: signing model docstring — keychain-derived key, no PEM - EXTREME_STRESS_PLAN.md: commit signing note updated - tests: docstrings/comments updated generate_hd_keypair → derive_hd_public_info - Update key-material-security-audit.md: mark #7 resolved
