fix(log): correct graph connector for merge and convergence
- Track newly_opened lanes (extra merge parents) and render them as spaces in the connector row, not pipes — fixes |\| -> |- Detect converging lanes (duplicate targets after parent update) and render / at the half-position between lanes — fixes missing |/ connector - Use a character array for the connector row so / can slide into the trailing space of the previous lane's block
