fix: zero typing-audit violations in muse/ and tests/
Replace boundary dict[str,X] params with named TypedDicts and type aliases, fix bare object param types in provenance.py, and remove stale type: ignore comments. The audit now reports 0 violations against the --max-any 0 gate.
