chore: bump version to 0.2.1rc5 -- ship the hub-scoping registration fix (musehub#221 follow-up)
Decoupled from musehub's version as of this release: muse and musehub now version independently, matching the standard CLI/server pattern (git/GitHub, kubectl/API server, Terraform CLI/Terraform Cloud) rather than forcing a lockstep bump on a repo with no actual change. See musehub/.museagent.md and musehub/docs/deploy.md for the updated release flow.
