fix: batch 2 test fixes — ls-remote, task-queue, symbolic-ref, range-diff, reflog, read-commit/snapshot supercharge tests
- ls-remote: add missing --json flags, fix --format text → text default, fix register() test to use subparsers - task-queue: replace fmt='json' with json_out=True throughout namespace factories, fix schema_version → schema - symbolic-ref supercharge: auto-inject --json in _sr helper - range-diff: add missing hashlib import; fix short ID regex 8-hex → 12-hex - reflog supercharge: fix null_id test expectation (bare hex → bare truncation), bad-format exit code check - read-commit/read-snapshot supercharge: replace split_id() with direct string slice for short IDs - ls-remote supercharge: auto-inject --json in _lr helper, fix error payload key check
