fix(reflog): remove spurious padding from @{N} index in text output
Width-3 left-align produced @{0 } with spaces inside the braces. The module docstring specifies @{N} with no padding, matching Git convention. Drop the :<3 format spec — the index is now bare: @{0}, @{10}, @{100}.
