docs(agent-guide): warn agents that --intent/--resumable belong on muse branch not checkout -b
Agents naturally try to collapse branch creation + metadata into a single checkout -b call. That fails with 'unrecognized arguments'. Add a prominent anti-pattern block with the error message so the mistake is immediately recognizable and the correct two-step pattern is obvious.
