fix: shallow_path re-export + test_midi_plugin content_hash import
- shallow.py: remove self-shadowing _shallow_path definition that caused infinite recursion; re-export shallow_path = _shallow_path so callers of muse.core.shallow.shallow_path continue to work - test_midi_plugin.py: import content_hash from muse.core._types (canonical location) instead of muse.plugins.midi.plugin which no longer exports it
