test: fix stdout/stderr stream assertions across four test files
Errors and diagnostics go to stderr; warnings inline to stdout. Corrected result.output/result.stderr checks in: - test_cmd_config_hardening.py (15 assertions) - test_cmd_snapshot_hardening.py (1 assertion) - test_porcelain_security.py (1 assertion) - test_rebase_supercharge.py (1 assertion)
