fix: downgrade verbose per-snapshot logs to debug in mpack.py

The build_snapshot_deltas and apply_snapshot_deltas per-snapshot logger.warning calls were added for debugging the snapshot hash mismatch bug. Now that the bug is fixed (hash-verified dirs in _snap_row_to_wire and _snap_row_to_wire_s3), downgrade these to logger.debug to avoid 1300+ warning lines per clone.
