fix: resolve 7 failing tests and zero typing_audit violations
- push.py: use wide have for build_push_objects to avoid re-sending objects already present on other remote branches (force push delta fix) - rev_list.py: rewrite _walk_from as explicit BFS with collections.deque - errors.py / clone.py: restore ExitCode.PARTIAL (required by test_clone_partial) - graph.py: add type params to bare list/set/deque locals in walk_dag - proposals.py: type payload as dict[str, str] (bare_dict fix) - tests: fix boundary_dict, collection_object, param_object, bare collection violations across test_cli_hub, test_cmd_hub_hardening, test_cmd_sign_propose, test_anon_commit_bug, test_walk_dag, test_errors_supercharge
