feat: split verify into verify-muse/verify-musehub; use https not SSH
Same rationale as the github-push split -- lets gabriel verify just the muse backup without musehub-backup existing yet. Also fixed the same [email protected] SSH URL bug this function had, matching the earlier _github_push_one fix.
