refactor: normalize intel command JSON output keys for consistency
- dead: results -> candidates - stable: stable -> symbols, unchanged_for -> days_stable - languages: files -> file_count, symbols -> symbol_count - clones: hash -> cluster_hash, count -> member_count - api_surface: results -> symbols - blast_risk: add risk_label field (high/medium/low) to each entry - detect_refactor: convert functional TypedDict to class-style, from/to -> from_ref/to_ref
All 858 tests passing.
