- Added 7 TypedDicts (ShelfSaveJson, ShelfListJson, ShelfListEntryJson, ShelfReadJson, ShelfApplyJson, ShelfPopJson, ShelfDropJson, ShelfDiffJson) all inheriting EnvelopeJson - All 7 run_* functions: elapsed = start_timer() + make_envelope(elapsed) - Updated docstrings: Agent quickstart, JSON fields, Exit codes sections - Sprint doc marked [x][x][x][x]; agent-guide entries added for all subcommands
