test: add integration, stress, data integrity, security, performance tiers to migrate domain-integers tests
Completes the 7-tier test coverage for issue #3 Phase 4: - Integration: real TOML file on disk via list_all_identities - Stress: 50-hub dry-run and live-run scenarios - Data integrity: idempotency, partial failure recovery, fingerprint format, hd_path updated even when hub registration fails, deterministic dry-run - Security: adversarial paths, boundary conditions, path traversal, wrong purpose, too-few/too-many segments, whitespace-only, non-hardened paths - Performance: 20-entry migration under 10s, 1000 is_legacy_hd_path calls under 1s
All 65 tests pass in 0.86s.
