chore: scrub final MWP/stream artifacts from comments and dead constants
- mpack.py: remove 'streaming objects' / 'fetch/stream C frame' from comments - pull.py: remove 'from the C frame' (frame concept deleted) - compression.py: replace 'O frame' with 'mpack object' throughout docstrings - validation.py: delete MAX_FETCH_BYTES (only used by deleted MWP stream path, never imported by any remaining code) - test_core_pack.py: rename test_apply_full_manifest_snapshot_from_stream → _from_server; remove 'fetch/stream C frame' / 'WireSnapshot C frame' wording - test_push_snapshot_loading.py: remove 'used only by stream path' - test_push_mpack_e2e.py: remove 'stream-path tests now deleted' - test_push_have_filter.py: 'streaming push path' → 'mpack push path'
