fix(auth): align supercharge tests with envelope output shape

- whoami --all --json emits _WhoamiAllJson envelope (not a bare list); unpack ["identities"] in TestWhoamiTypeFilter and TestWhoamiProvisionedBy - test_show_50_repeated_calls_consistent: strip duration_ms/timestamp before comparing to avoid false uniqueness from per-call timing fields
