chore: bump version to 0.2.1rc6 -- ship the human-identity --sign fix (musehub#96, #97)

Episode 04 of Build with Muse (Identity, Without Passwords) is blocked on this fix reaching the real installed muse CLI, not just muse-dev. Bumping so publish_muse_release.sh ships a new tarball.
