test: delete test_agent_id_traversal.py; fix key_set fixtures in auth tests
- Delete tests/test_agent_id_traversal.py: tested keypair._key_path which was removed in PEM cleanup; PEM path traversal risk is obsolete since no PEM is ever written to disk - Fix 4 key_set test failures: _display_entry now uses bool(hd_path) not bool(key_path); update _store_entry/_make_entry/_store fixtures in test_cli_auth.py and test_cmd_auth_hardening.py to use hd_path - Update key-material-security-audit.md to mark items #2 and #3 resolved
