chore: delete ported and stale docs

Remove files that have been ported to official /muse/* docs or are outdated: - WHITE_PAPER.md → ported to /muse/vision - guide/crdt-reference.md → ported to /muse/crdt - reference/security.md → ported to /muse/security - architecture/, demo/, protocol/ → stale planning/demo content - bridge-ci.md, crdt-midi-rga.md, crdt-music-rga.md → stale design notes - entity-identity.md, key-material-security-audit.md → stale audits - music-query-dsl.md, op-log.md, utility-reference.md → stale - guide/getting-started.md → superseded by /muse/getting-started (Phase 00) - reference/domains.md → superseded by /muse/domains (Phase 03) - reference/cli-tiers.md, reference/gc.md → internal

Remaining docs: agent-guide.md (load-bearing — referenced in global CLAUDE.md), plus reference docs for code-domain, midi-domain, auth, hub, remotes, and other features that warrant future official doc pages.
