audit(issue-12): fix remaining stale msgpack refs in docstrings and test names

- test_algo_prefix_globs.py: update module docstring path format description - test_cmd_gc_hardening.py: rewrite _write_shelf_entry to use new header+JSON format via write_shelf_entry() API; drop import msgpack - test_cmd_shelf.py: rename test_save_creates_msgpack_file → test_save_creates_entry_file; fix 'in msgpack must be filtered' docstring - test_commit_record_schema.py: rename _minimal_msgpack → _minimal_dict (it creates a dict, not msgpack bytes) - test_integrity_I2_fsync.py: update 'msgpack helper'/'msgpack write' language in docstrings and comments to 'JSON'/'atomic write' - test_integrity_I4_msgpack_size.py: update module docstring to clarify MAX_MSGPACK_BYTES guards all store formats; fix class/test docstrings - test_integrity_I5_commit_integrity.py: remove unused import msgpack - test_merge_data_integrity.py: fix test_II8 method name and docstrings for the 'headerless JSON treated as corrupt' scenario; update VI2 docstring; fix data-loss error message string; remove unused import msgpack
