docs: tick RC-6 and acceptance criterion — MWP-6 wire suite complete

Mark RC-6 as fixed in mwp-mvp-master.md: 55 wire tests green across 6 phases (47 in-process + 8 slow subprocess E2E). MWP6_00 gate enforces no-flux-skip forever. Closes RC-6.
