feat(describe): supercharge for agents — elapsed_seconds/exit_code, sha256: canonical IDs, expanded hardening coverage

- Add elapsed_seconds and exit_code to _DescribeJson TypedDict and JSON output - Fix module/run() docstring: drop git-style 'g' prefix, show sha256: prefix in examples - Fix test_cmd_describe.py: short_sha/long-format assertions use canonical sha256: prefix - Fix test_cmd_describe_hardening.py: 6 git-style assertions → Muse-canonical - Expand _DescribeOut TypedDict with elapsed_seconds/exit_code; update _parse_json - Add TestJsonSchemaComplete (8 tests), TestElapsedSeconds (6 tests), TestExitCode (5 tests) - 71/71 tests passing
